After undergoing a facelift, Denise Richards debuted her new look on the red carpet at an event at the end of last week.
As her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, 53, was dealt a six-figure default judgment after ignoring a lawsuit a widower filed against him in November 2024, the 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star attended the Bold and the Beautiful BBTV Launch Event at Wheelhouse on Thursday, March 26, in West Hollywood, California.

Denise first announced her facelift on March 20.
“If I’m able to feel good, and if it gives me confidence, I’m grateful that I did it. It’s changed my life in such a good way. I had no idea. I wish I did it earlier, but I’m grateful I did it when I did,” she told Allure magazine at the time.

As for Aaron, he was hit with a $160,000 judgment after failing to respond to the lawsuit that was filed against him by Rupert Perry, whose wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, died after a battle with sarcoma cancer in May 2024.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 27, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted the default judgment against him nearly a year and a half after he was accused of fraud and breach of contract.
As RHOBH fans may have heard, Elina met with Aaron at his since-shuttered wellness center in June 2023 after her cancer treatments were unsuccessful, and she hoped that the stem cell treatments he offered could help her. At the time, she was reportedly told that the treatments could improve or even cure her condition. She was also allegedly promised a 98% success rate — and a 50% refund if it did not work. But when the process failed, she asked for half of her money back, which was a total of $63,000. Aaron then failed to pay her.
According to the report, Aaron said that his wellness center was only the middleman for the treatments and that he should not be held liable for giving her a refund.
