Alexia Nepola and her ex-husband, Todd Nepola, appear to be putting down new roots in Miami Beach, Florida.
Just over a year after finalizing their divorce, and as The Real Housewives of Miami remains on pause ahead of its eighth season, it has been revealed that the seemingly reconciled couple dropped $5.3 million on a 4,185-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home at the Ritz-Carlton Residences.
According to an April 24 report from The Real Deal, Alexia, 58, and Todd, 53, bought the detached villa from crypto investor Zach Witkoff, who is in the midst of a lawsuit.
Zack had paid slightly more than $5 million when he purchased the property, which sits on a quarter-acre of land, in 2021.
As RHOM fans well know, the reality series was put on pause after Todd filed an $11 million defamation lawsuit against Bravo and its parent company, NBCUniversal. However, at the end of last year, just before he and Alexia celebrated the New Year in Paris, Todd dismissed the case and appeared to confirm that he and Alexia were back together as they made a public appearance with her longtime friend and co-star, Marysol Patton, 59, and her husband, Steve McNamara, 65, at the W South Beach.
In December of last year, just before she and Todd seemingly reconciled their relationship, Alexia spoke to Page Six about their dynamic.
“We’re in a good place now. I don’t like to live with — I like to live with peace and love in my heart. Like I told you before, I don’t know how to unlove a person. Once I’ve loved you, I guess I love too hard,” she said.
No word yet on when production will begin on The Real Housewives of Miami season eight.
