Stagecoach dropped its 2027 lineup this week, and it’s leaning hard into country’s new guard while still saving room for a genuinely surprising reunion. The festival returns to the Empire Polo Club in Indio April 23–25, with first-time headliners Riley Green and Zach Top anchoring the first two nights, before Garth Brooks closes things out on Sunday.
For Green and Top, this is a real step up. Green’s set was actually cancelled at this year’s Stagecoach due to an emergency evacuation and high winds, so this feels like unfinished business: “Let’s do this again. We’re excited to make it back out to the desert after a wild ride last year,” he said. Top, meanwhile, is coming full circle — he played the Palomino side stage back in 2024 and remembers it as a turning point. “We packed out the Palomino stage and I remember feeling like we were really doing something. Now to be back in 2027 as a headliner is just something truly special,” he said. Brooks, for his part, is riding the momentum of his “Blame It All On My Roots” arena tour and previously joined Luke Combs on stage at this year’s festival for “Friends in Low Places.” His take on Stagecoach: “A guaranteed good time. A MUST if you’re a Country music fan!”
The real headline-grabber, though, is buried further down the poster
Florida Georgia Line is reuniting for a special late-night set on the Mustang Stage — their first full performance since Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley announced a break in 2022, aside from a surprise two-song teaser at this year’s CMA Fest. It’ll also mark their return to Stagecoach specifically, where they previously headlined back in 2018. “A whole lot of life has happened since then,” the duo said in a statement. “There’s something really special about getting to come back to the desert together, step on that stage again, and share these songs and memories with the fans who have been with us through it all.”
The rest of the lineup is deep
Beyond the headliners, the poster includes Hardy, Willie Nelson & Family, Kelly Clarkson (making her Stagecoach debut), Brothers Osborne, Shaboozey, Turnpike Troubadours, Charley Crockett, Dasha, Stella Lefty, Journey, Pitbull, Carín León, Matchbox Twenty, David Lee Roth, Melissa Etheridge and more. Sean Paul and Flo Rida join Florida Georgia Line on late-night duty at the Mustang Stage. As always, Diplo’s HonkyTonk will handle the dance-music side of things, and Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse returns for anyone who needs a break from the sun.

Stagecoach’s 2027 poster is a genuinely interesting bet — leaning younger and more male-driven at the top of the bill than in past years (Kelly Clarkson is the lone woman among the headliners), while still pulling in enough crossover names to keep the whole thing feeling broad. Between the FGL reunion and a wide-open new-headliner class, this is shaping up to be one to watch.
