Phoebe Bridgers has released Lost Weekend, her first full-length in six years.
The follow-up to 2020’s Punisher arrives following a few months of teasing new music, phone-free pop-up shows, and a sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden. Lost Weekend is rife with collaboration, featuring credits from Jack Antonoff, Alex G, Bo Burnham, American Football’s Mike Kinsella (who plays on “Bobby”), and boygenius bandmates Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, among others.

This week, Bridgers hosted album listening events at planetariums across the world called the “Lost Weekend Planetarium Experience.” “Come listen to the album field trip style,” she wrote on Instagram.
Bridgers will tour in support of the album — the Lost tour begins in North America in September before concluding in Europe at the end of the year. The entire run will have a no-phone policy, and $1 from every ticket sold during the North American leg will be donated to RAINN, which works to prevent sexual violence and support survivors.
It’s about to be a busy fall for Bridgers — she’ll also make her acting debut in Primetime, a new A24-produced movie inspired by Dateline NBC host Chris Hansen and the To Catch a Predator franchise.
