I was rewatching Heat (for like the 50th time in my life at this point). I was having fun laughing at some of the stuff that I now see as overly dramatic but I found cool when I was younger. Anyways, once it got to the hospital (filmed at St Mary's in Long Beach) scene where Lauren is taken after Pacino finds her in the tub, I was very impressed by the actors in that scene – they seemed to really memorize their hospital lingo and make it believable. But as I watched more, I kinda felt like the main doctor had to have been someone they just found at the hospital they filmed at and told him to "pretend this just happened". So I wound up doing some quick research on imdb and got his name, but he's not credited in any other movie.
