What a shocking twist in the legal battle between Bam Margera and Nikki Boyd!
As you may remember, the former couple have been fighting about their marital status since they broke up three years ago. Bam claimed he “never legally” married Nikki while they were together despite having a ceremony in Iceland, where they were not residents, in 2013. They then failed to get a license in the US to make it official. It seemed a cruel claim at the time about his former partnet, but was it true? She has insisted their nuptials were legal! She certainly thought so!
But which is it? Were they or were they not husband and wife for all those years together? Well, a ruling is in after their trial…

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge in their ongoing custody battle tentatively ruled on Tuesday Bam was RIGHT! They were NEVER legally married! Whoa! While slamming his ex, Bam told the outlet about the decision:
“Nicole knew that were weren’t married since day one, it was common knowledge and it wasn’t new information. Of course I won, because we were never married, but paying a fistful of dollars for a four-day trial about it acting like she didn’t know is a time-consuming pain up my a**, but I’m used to it.”
As for Nikki? Her attorney, David Glass, maintains she was under the impression their marriage was valid. While the lawyer respects the ruling, he also disagrees with it. And they refuse to go down without a fight!
If the tentative ruling becomes final, he’s considering filing for an appeal! And remember, they still have other issues to deal with in this case like custody of their son Phoenix and child support! So their battle isn’t over yet whether she appeals the decision or not! We’ll see what happens next with the exes!
