Many of the teasers that the Hallmark Channel has shared feature Elizabeth and Nathan. They must survive the cliffhanger of Superintendent Hargraves announcing he had new information about Jack’s death.

While the showrunners and the actors suggested the couple would remain strong throughout the reveal, what was the point of it without any rippled effects?
While that conflict seemed contrived, not seeing any aftermath is just as anti-climatic. Many viewers prefer to see relationships evolve naturally and emotionally.

When Calls the Heart Season 12 teases romance and new beginnings as the series enters the 1920s.
Nathan and Elizabeth’s arc will likely headline the season as their relationship blossoms with romantic dates and family time.
However, it looks like the rest of the community will also enjoy the wave of the future with more radio shows, music, and dances.
Oh, that Charleston looks fun. Community scenes in Hope Valley are always charming and entertaining.
Nathan and Elizabeth aren’t the only couple in Hope Valley. Mike and Mei Sou married at the end of When Calls the Heart Season 11.
When Calls the Heart Season 12 may bring new beginnings for them, too, as they get their first home together and adjust to being a married couple while merging their cultures.
The 1920s was one of the more glamorous decades, so hopefully, the series will explore this throughout the romances and community events. We are excited.
New Characters Have Connections to Longtime Regulars
In September, the series announced that Melissa Gilbert would guest star during Season 12 as Georgie McGill and share a past with a Hope Valley Resident.
As we can tell from the first teaser trailer, she seems to know Bill (Jack Wagner). As a longtime Little House on the Prairie fan, I’m excited about this casting and can’t wait to see them interact.
The latest promo also teased other new characters, including some teenagers.
While the series always needs more children to interact at the schoolhouse, the teaser made it seem like Nathan was mentoring one. Could this be related to his past? Who is this boy?
Bill and Rosemary Try to Solve Another Mystery
Bill and Rosemary were the crime-solving duo we never knew we wanted. They were entertaining, and they’re back with another mystery.
It sounds like everything we’ve hoped for with the upcoming season will be coming to fruition, including more from this unstoppable pair!
I love the idea that Bill asks Rosemary for help. He’s so often reluctant to accept help from anybody, but this assures they’ll be involved in a storyline arc again.
Keeping such an extensive cast involved in stories is challenging, and these promos and spoilers excite us, even after the disappointing last season.
These characters are like old friends; we can’t wait to see their next adventure.
We’re excited to see Lucas’s following plans and if he and Lee’s national park idea succeeded.
There is so much to look forward to as the roaring ’20s come to Hope Valley.
When we consider how many changes have already occurred during the series’ run, we are only more excited about what’s ahead.
