The new mom filed for full physical custody of their three-year-old son Roman Pacino, according to a new report from The Blast on Sep. 6, 2023. The outlet said Noor filed legal documents for full custody, giving Al, 83, “reasonable visitation” with their son. She did request that The Godfather star would have joint legal custody, allowing him to be involved in decisions like medical treatments and education.

The actor’s rep first confirmed the pregnancy news to TMZ on May 30, 2023, and then, in June 2023, the outlet reported she gave birth. The brunette beauty and Al were first spotted out to dinner in April 2022, per Page Six.
