Marvel Comics previously revealed X-Men by Chris Claremont: Prelude to a Future Past #1, a special one-shot showcasing Chris Claremont-penned stories that were previously only published in 2021’s Marvel Made Paragon Collection: Chris Claremont Premier Bundle, set to drop this July 2025. Now, dear Friends of Xavier, you will be thrilled to learn that the collection’s Wolverine tie-in comic will also be released as a solo issue: Wolverine by Chris Claremont #1, hitting shelves this August.
Wolverine by Chris Claremont #1 is a standalone tale, written by Claremont and illustrated by the talented Tom Reilly, that delves deeper into Logan’s redemptive journey in Japan, intricately linking back to Wolverine’s iconic 1982 series, a key work in Claremont’s impressive portfolio.
