Blake Lively isn’t going to like this!
The It Ends With Us actress is fighting for legal fees and damages in her battle against Justin Baldoni — but even a judge is getting sick of this never-ending back and forth!
As Perezcious readers know, the parties settled their lawsuit earlier this month, and per reports, no money was exchanged. However, because the director filed a countersuit against the leading lady, which was then dismissed, Blake can still try to fight for legal fees and damages — which you know she is doing! But unfortunately for her, she won’t be able to submit any more evidence in her case!

In court docs obtained by TMZ on Monday, the judge on the case denied Blake’s request to file additional briefs and to offer additional information as she argues why she’s entitled to this money. She already filed motions about this situation earlier in the case, but she had some more claims and evidence she wanted to bring up in court — but the judge just doesn’t want to hear it. The legal professional thinks they have more than enough info as it is to make a decision on this matter, at least for now. So, it seems there’s no more time for talking.
