Carrie Johnson looked incredible as she displayed her washboard abs in a tiny gingham bikini during a family getaway to Colombia.
The 38-year-old wife of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson showed off her sculpted physique in a mirror selfie taken during the sun-soaked trip.
Carrie wore a green and white gingham two-piece featuring an underwired balconette top and matching briefs, adding a chocolate-brown botanical sarong tied low around her waist.
The mother-of-four accessorised her holiday look with a delicate gold heart pendant and small hoop earrings, while her cropped blonde hair was styled in a relaxed, tousled finish.
© InstagramCarrie admitted that she had initially hesitated before sharing the photographs with her followers. “Almost didn’t post this as slightly cringing myself out but I absolutely love other people’s ‘what I wore’ posts on Instagram so here’s my ‘what I wore in Colombia’ post,” she wrote. “May well delete later,” she added alongside a laughing emoji.

Carrie’s striking bikini was only one of several outfits featured in the colourful holiday carousel.
In another photograph, she posed in a sunshine-yellow mini dress with puff sleeves, a statement collar and covered buttons while her youngest daughter Poppy reached towards her in a matching yellow outfit and bright blue shoes.
The publicist also shared a relaxed beach photograph with Boris, 62, who wrapped an arm around his wife as they smiled for the camera.

The couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in May, with Carrie marking the milestone by sharing a previously unseen photograph from their intimate Westminster Cathedral ceremony.

Carrie and Boris married on 29 May 2021 and share four children: Wilfred, six, Romy, four, Frank, three, and one-year-old Poppy.
Carrie frequently offers candid glimpses into their busy family life and describes herself in her Instagram biography as a “Mum of 4” who is “permanently overstimulated”.
Carrie Johnson’s serious health battle
The photographs show Carrie looking happy and healthy following the frightening illness that left her in hospital for almost a week at the beginning of 2025.
Carrie revealed that she had developed flu and pneumonia after struggling with a chest infection over Christmas.
© Instgram“It just got out of hand and I was struggling to breathe properly,” she explained at the time. She admitted that she was still recovering after leaving hospital and urged her followers to have their flu vaccination, revealing that she had forgotten to receive hers that winter.
The health scare came several months before Carrie and Boris quietly welcomed Poppy on 21 May 2025. Announcing their daughter’s arrival, Carrie described the newborn as the family’s “final gang member” and revealed how delighted her older children were to meet their little sister. “Back from hospital now and time for cocktails and pizza with my tiny baby snoozing on my lap,” she wrote. “Life doesn’t get any better.”
