Dakota Johnson hasn’t freed herself from the dating musicians.
The Verity actress, who recently stepped out with Machine Gun Kelly following her breakups with Role Model and Chris Martin, joked about what her relationship type is while coyly sharing insight into her love life.
Despite initially telling Vogue in an interview published Sept. 18, “I don’t want to say anything about that” when asked about the current status of her love life, Johnson—who directed Coldplay‘s 2020 music video for “Cry Cry Cry” when she was dating Martin—expressed an openness to directing more music videos in the future.
After the interviewer noted that she does “know a lot of musicians,” the Fifty Shades star confessed that there’s a mutual affinity between her and rockers.
“They like me,” she quipped. “I don’t know what to say.”
After waiting a beat, Johnson added, “And I like them.”
When the interviewer then asked “What’s not to like?” the 36-year-old followed it up with an even cheekier comment.
“A lot! A lot,” Johnson said with a laugh. “Tricky motherf–kers.”
