The post drew over 76,000 likes. Maluma has been rolling out “LxV” by announcing track titles one at a time. At least four songs are now confirmed. “De Bar en Bar” translates to “From Bar to Bar” in English, a phrase tied to moving between bars during a night out.
No release date for “LxV” has been announced. No collaborators or full tracklist have been confirmed beyond the sequential reveals.
Maluma’s full name is Juan Luis Londoño Arias. He was born in Medellín, Colombia, and built his early following in the local reggaeton scene around 2015 with tracks like “Borracho” and “El Perdedor.” The international breakthrough came with “Chantaje,” a collaboration with Shakira. That song became a massive crossover hit and introduced him to audiences beyond Latin America.
His 2020 self-titled album debuted at number one on the Billboard Latin Albums chart. It produced “Hawái.” The track reached the top of the Hot Latin Songs chart and later received a remix with The Weeknd. “ADMV,” another cut from that album, became a standout for fans of his more emotionally driven material.
