Meghan Markle was glowing as she spent the afternoon with her four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, while tending to their flock of chickens.
The mother of two sported a black tank top and black pants as she walked around the chicken coop with Jonathan Grahm, a chocolatier from Compartes, while Lilibet played in the background. “When the chocolate man comes to see the chickens!” Meghan said as she panned to Jonathan walking beside her.
Her daughter sounded so grown up as she called out: “Mum, I got another gray one!”, referring to the eggs she was collecting, and Meghan warmly replied: “Thanks, sweetheart!” Lilibet wore a poofy pink dress for the occasion and watched on as the chickens ate directly from Jonathan’s hands.
The ever-growing Princess is a fan of the color pink and of tutu-style dresses, and can often be seen sporting them in the background of Meghan’s social media videos.
In a snap posted of Harry holding Lilibet in his arms from February, the toddler was clad in a ballerina outfit complete with a pink dress and pale pink tights, hinting at her possible passion for the dance style.
Meanwhile, Meghan’s day out with Jonathan points to her brand As Ever’s collaboration with Compartes for Mother’s Day, which includes a limited edition caramel chocolate and marigold flower sprinkles bar.
As Ever also collaborated with Compartes for Valentine’s Day, releasing three limited edition flavors. The Duchess of Sussex launched her brand in April 2025 and has brought her kids, including her son, Prince Archie, along for every step of the way.
“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story – Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that – but I love the heritage feeling of it and knowing this is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mum,” she told People.
“This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy, too. I hope that when they get old enough, they feel really proud that they were part of the beginning of this with me.”
Meghan and Lilibet’s quality time together comes less than two weeks after the Suits star returned from her whirlwind trip to Australia with her husband, Prince Harry.
The couple traveled Down Under for four days and packed their schedule tight with a mix of philanthropic and business events. Upon their return home, Meghan shared insight into their welcoming committee on Instagram, with a shot of a banner above their door that read “Welcome home”.
During their trip, Meghan and Harry were gifted an array of personalised presents, including flip flops that read “G’day Hazza” and “G’day Megs”, as well as football jerseys from the Australian Rules team, the Western Bulldogs, with Archie and Lilibet’s names emblazoned on the back.
